Join the Nordic team located in ”SOHO” in the centre of Copenhagen, and help us in our quest of growing our Nordic client base. You will contribute by managing, on boarding, acquiring and renewing client contracts.

About the job:

In this role you wil become a part of the Nordic team, responsible for renewing contracts and enticing our Nordic client base to continue using our content. You will handle all aspects of the contract renewal process, from successful onboarding, to ensuring adoption/usage/consumption, pro-actively solving issues, teeing up and executing the renewal/upgrade, and more. You will undertake customer reviews through discovery conversations, renewal negotiations and closure. Teamwork is highly valued here at Getty Images and as a multicultural Nordic team you can always expect support and digital love from our peers. Customer interactions and communicating is handled through telephone/email/chat for all aspects of the sales cycle, including price and contract quotations, inquiries, negotiation, and problem resolution. Salesforce is our main tool used for all workflows, so a prior knowledge is a plus but not a requirement. There is 2 positions; 1 for the Swedish team and 1 for the Norwegian team. Both must be native speakers.

About you, your profile and qualifications:

As an excellent communicator, you will be able to engage and build rapport quickly with all levels of clients and colleagues alike. You thrive working in a target-focused environment where you can earn great commission. You are a great teamplayer and like to contribute with possitive energi and humour to your collegues.

Furthermore the successful candidate demonstrates strong: Sense of urgency, time management, deep discovery to identify new and bigger solutions, overcomes objections of price and competition, problem-solving and excellent presentation skills.

Ideally this describes you:

  • Experience with consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • +2 years relevant experience inside; winback/onboarding/renewal/retention/new bizz
  • Experience with B2B solution selling
  • Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian
  • English at a professional Business level written and spoken
  • Located in Copenhagen or in the Malmö-area. Or willing to relocate.
