You will be in charge of the sales of one of the most innovative, premium urban bicycle brand; peerless within their category, built on a dream and a philosophy for the future. On side of that you will be an important part of the marketing activity such as Social Media, Fairs, events etc. In the future you will also be supporting new shops and help the company crow outside DenmarkWe are looking for a hip profile with experience selling lifestyle/high end products.

About the job:

You are the engine of the store. You are responsible for the turnover, product presentation and a high level of sales and customer services. You set the sales target, control the budget, make the week schedule for the store team and you coach the store team on the floor, so they can be successful. In total you know how to make a team enthusiastic and get the maximum result in the storeOn side of that you will be an important part of the marketing activity such as Social Media, Fairs, events etc. In the future you will also be supporting new shops and help the company crow outside Denmark. 

About you:

• Natural leadership and great personality
• Great sales skills
• Experience selling lifestyle High end products
• Insight in trends and fashion
• Full-time and flexible availability also in weekends (Saturday)
• About 2-4 years of retail experience. Experience from handling an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager position is a plus
• Fluent in Danish and able to effectively communicate in English
• Some experience with social media and marketing would be great
